HUDSON S.P.E.A.K.S. and our partner organizations invite you to a free Mental Health Seminar on Sunday, June 30th, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Jersey City at: 81 Sip Ave., Jersey City, NJ 07306.
During this seminar, we will discuss topics including anxiety, depression, suicide, PTSD, and mental health warning signs and risk factors. Embrace your wellness, inner peace, and mindfulness.
